Construction – Renovation work can commence when approval is given by the city. If the homeowner conducts the home renovations himself, he would be responsible to dispose of the construction debris himself and it should comply with recycling and disposal regulations. Alternatively, if the homeowner engages a Home Renovator, the disposal is pre-arranged by the Home Renovator.

Final Occupation Permit – For home renovations, no final occupation permit is required since the homeowner already resides in the home.
